When starting a business, it's crucial to have the right team in place. Your startup team should be composed of individuals who are passionate about your product or service and who share your vision for the company. In addition, you'll need to ensure that your team has the right skills and values to succeed. Venture capitalist Ben Horowitz, author of The Hard Thing About Hard Things: Building a Business When There Are No Easy Answers says “if we ‘[took] care of the people, the products and the profits — in that order,’ the result would be a professional and stable team dedicated to the mission at hand.”
